I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What now?

It is possible that an email has ended up in unwanted mail or in the spam box. If you have not found a confirmation email there either, please contact our customer service team through the chat.  

Please provide the following information to the customer service team: 

  • Date/time of the order. 
  • The sneakers that were ordered. 
  • The delivery address. 
  • Screenshot of the payment.

We will then be able to search for your order and update you.
