I shipped the shoe with the wrong label. What should I do?

Please carefully check all sales and shipping labels before sending them. If an item arrives and the sale does not match the shipping label the sale will be processed as an authentication fail. You will be required to pay a fine of 20 euros in order for us to return the shoe.

Please contact our customer support as soon as you realize that you have used the wrong shipping label. They will be able to notify the warehouse and do what they can to sort out the problem.
