An account can be blocked for various reasons. An account can be blocked if the seller:
- Sends an item that is not authentic.
- Sends an item that does not meet our quality criteria or has visible signs of damage.
- Does not send the original shoe box or the box has been damaged.
- Sends an item that has been worn.
- Does not send the item or does not send it within the specified time.
- Sends an item that does not match the product description (ex: size, color).
We will always inform the account owner of the reason. If your account has been blocked but the reason is unclear, please contact our customer service team.
